At this time, utilities have to continue offering a second or third deferred payment agreement as long as the customer is willing to enter into it. There are also medical emergency rules still in effect around a positive COVID-19 test in the house. So we're watching out for those in terms of complaints as well, making sure the payment agreements are 100% reasonable based on the customer circumstances, and also making sure that the utilities are following their arrearage management plans.
