So that was more on the proactive side and just some really exciting models for programs coming out of that. For some utilities, it's more just about the flexible payment plans. Some utilities were forgiving late payment charges during the period in which that was available. waiving credit card fees and some of the more day to day collections activities had been made more flexible.
