Now, I recently received some impressive new numbers and you can see the details on this slide. We now do have our highest ever number and percentage of women, faculty, faculty of color and faculty of color from underrepresented groups. And we've shared elsewhere and earlier the numbers in our freshman class, which is also the most racially diverse in our history. As I mentioned at the outset, I'm proud of the progress we're making.
