So, I mean, think about that. That's amazing, the density of life sciences here in this community, given our total scale and population, this is really quite astonishing. And We got to this place through creating synergies and partnerships that do crisscross industry, academia, and our whole region to create an impressive national hub for life sciences technology. Life sciences here has been growing fast, and it breeds a virtuous cycle where success produces success.
