And we're already seeing the impact in new research projects and new industry partnerships. And we have an even larger scale example of success in this domain of partnerships. And that's our achievement in the life sciences. Madison is one of the top 25 markets in the United States, in terms of the number of microbiologists, biochemists and other life sciences workers.
