So although we do have some terrific facilities and some important plans around others, we also have ongoing and significant challenges in this area, both around STEM fields and well beyond. To give you a sense of the STEM related issues, 20 years ago, fewer than a third of our graduates were enrolled in STEM majors and today nearly half are. Last year's grads included record high numbers of bachelor degrees in high needs fields such as computer engineering and nursing. Now, on the one hand, this is great news. (12:49–12:56)
