They've helped us get so much done and I just want to acknowledge some of the work that they've done. Now. When I took office in 2020, Orange county, and particularly this part of Orange county, was known for being one of the deserts of taxpayer funding. We got about six to $0.07 back for every dollar you pay to the state. We've tried to change that. I think we've been very successful in that. As Vice mayor Kim mentioned, we have brought back lots of money to the district for different priorities. (10:41–10:55)
