But I think also it's because of the weird way that the law works, which is that constitutional rights are given more preference than laws. And while We have certainly legislated in the state abortion rights, we have not made that part of the Constitution until last year. And so should the Supreme Court or any federal courts look at California and want to strike down our laws. Having it in our constitution gives us a little bit more protection. (1:13:29–1:13:37)
