So last year we passed a bill that requires that guns stores have basic surveillance so that if a gun is stolen or shoplifted or something, they have some record of who might have done that, because that problem, unfortunately, is far too prevalent. This year, we're trying to pass a bill that would be a companion to that. That would require that gun dealers have training for their employees to try to recognize and prevent the problem of fraudulent transactions. Straw sales, basically selling guns to people who shouldn't have them. There's a lot of times where people will buy guns on behalf of others. That's called a straw sale. (14:39–14:52)
