We need more families, even those who are well off to be adopting solar. That's going to be critical because that phases it in more aggressively. And so last year, this came before the legislature. I voted for the bill that would have prevented net energy metering. I'm sorry, against the bill that would have ended net energy metering. I was one of a number of folks. We were able to kill that bill in the Senate. This time the CPUC came back and is trying to do it by rule. (1:10:48–1:10:57)
