We are seeing some of that as a problem of investors investing in homes that they're not living in. This is not owner occupied, but There’s a housing supply problem fundamentally in this state. There's not enough building, and there's a lot of reasons for that. But I have tried aggressively to make sure that we have more housing in the state, more housing at all levels, not just for low income, but for workforce and just more housing. (42:33–42:40)
