We have great weather, great climate, and we're a lot cheaper than places like Silicon Valley, so why not Orange county? But we have to start by actually incentivizing private capital. Come here. So We were able to get a modest tax incentive last year for green companies that are headquartered in California. I think that's a good start. It's about $100 million.
