We don't get any credit for the work we've already done. So When the President talks about a 32% improvement we need to see in carbon emissions by 2030, that's a meaningless number for Wisconsin. because of where they started measuring. That's actually well in excess of 40% improvement we need to make in Wisconsin. And many of the experts in the field say that's just not even possible. (18:23–18:36)
