The disputes that, unfortunately, the Milwaukee Police Department sees ending in a deadly way all too often. Domestic violence is still a big source of homicides in Wisconsin. but certainly alcohol and other drug addictions always are lying in the shadows and sometimes right out in the forefront when we have violence occurring.
