You know, this is not just a Milwaukee problem. You know, it's their communities, and they're best suited to be able to address a lot of the issues. But from the state's perspective, Milwaukee is our biggest economic engine. It's our biggest city. It's our flagship in many ways. And we certainly need to step in and do what we can.
