This is the report of the Senate Intelligence Committee on its Russia investigation in the election of 2016. As you can see, it's very substantial and part of the conclusion of this document is it wasn't a hoax. They were seriously engaged in a variety of ways and there's no reason to think that they won't do so again. Although as I said, I think that they have been to some extent deterred by the action of cybercom and General Nakasone because we've seen a diminished level of intrusion in 18 and 20 and 22.
