It's interesting that probably the least participant in providing a substantial amount of GDP for defense is Canada, the furthest country from Europe. I think that's regrettable, and I think Canada should be stepping up in a more substantial way. They're Canada [is] around 1%, about half of where the goal for the rest of the NATO alliance [is]. which, by the way, is a commitment that everybody made at Wales, I think, in 2014.
