On the other hand, I think Bilateral agreements, particularly agreements between countries that are on relatively similar levels...is more of a possibility. free trade agreement with the UK or with the European Union, I think is more of a possibility because then my constituents can't say, well, you're saying I have to compete against somebody that's being paid a dollar an hour.
