So yeah, I think he sort of, you know, he pointed out something and, and all these countries had committed to that eight or 10 years ago. So I think that's an accurate statement. On the bilateral trade deals, I don't think [bilateral trade deals] are dead. I think it's a question of again, taking them one at a time.
