What we have to have is the value that this needs to be fully funded in any budget. A budget isn't just numbers, it's a values document. And we need these folks to continue to speak out that says We should always fully fund the Michelle P. Waiver slots. We should always fully fund Medicaid. This should come first. So my message to them is I'm excited to provide a year's worth of relief. (32:48)
