In January, I put forward a proposed budget to the General assembly that did several things. First, it fully funded the Department for Community Based Services. Second, It maintained both the full funding and full services for health providers. Third, it fully funded Medicaid. Fourth, it expanded the number of Michelle P. Waiver slots for families of children with autism. And it fully funded both the new slots and the existing slots. (05:28–05:33)
