And so what they did is they said, you know, I know it's been two years, but we're not going to provide $1 more for most of Medicaid than we did two years ago. There's about a million people on Medicaid [in Kentucky]. So if you take how much your health care has gone up in the last two years and multiply it by a million, that's how much short they were.
