Now, thanks to these unexpected funds, we have a real chance to correct the mistakes of the supermajority. The budget surplus from the last fiscal year and the $350 million in extra tax payment provide a total of $781 million in surplus funds available right now. And we expect even more as the year goes on. So we have the dollars to make a difference. Today I am announcing that I'm taking action. (06:28–06:43)
