And so then the next piece of funding is both the surplus from last year as well as this unanticipated tax payment. But I think the way I would look at it overall is We are operating Kentucky's business more efficiently, which is how we saved money. but that we also are going to have significantly more in revenue that's coming in now and that will continue to come in, which means painful cuts can be reversed.
