And then, of course, we went through Watergate when, in fact, Nixon had his enemies list and people found it abhorrent that our Department of Justice would be directed politically and the tradition was restored. In fact, There were laws passed that protected against disclosure from the IRS, even to the Justice Department. So, John, what we're seeing now is the most kind of flagrant abuse of that tradition and norm. Theoretically, the President could say, and he has said, go after so and so, regardless of the evidence.
