Border security has to be part of immigration reform, and it's not unreachable. What happened to that bill that we negotiated? It passed out of the Judiciary Committee with bipartisan support, and then, guess what? It passed the United States Senate with more than 60 votes. Bipartisan measure. What happened in the House, it never got a vote.
