I was literally by his side at the announcement of it and helped to lead it in the Senate. It wasn't going to get through the Senate or through the House, but basically Medicare for All makes Medicare available for everyone in this country. Insurance should be available at really affordable rates, not just for people. More affordable than the ACA is currently even. Right? More affordable than the aca. (21:15–21:20)
