And a lot of them quit, a lot of them got out of the business. And so we have to train up nurses. And so we're helping Marywood put together a program. We're helping Geisinger do the same thing with training nurses. And that's the kind of thing that we've been doing. And I'll continue to do that because what we look for are opportunities. And it's not all just through the community project funding. (31:04–31:10)
