We need to fill the void that was caused by the manufacturing companies that packed up and left [northeastern Pennsylvania]. We know why they left. They left because of nafta. Nafta, it had benefits and burdens. Right. There were some sectors and Parts of the country that really benefited from nafta, but there are other parts and sectors that suffered. (11:21–11:28)
