There might be an intractable problem with the irs. There might be some problem with the EPA or even state government. There might be a problem. We helped a company, PennDOT, had this operation where they were resurfacing a big part of Interstate 81, and they closed about three exits in a row down in Schuylkill County. And it was killing all of the businesses because they were going to keep these exits closed for all summer, like, four months. Imagine having a local business that depends on that local traffic.
