As a result, voting for the CHIPS act, we have to build up American might in creating semiconductors chips. We have to reestablish American preeminence in that industry because we're so dependent on it. And so I was very happy to vote in favor of the CHIPS act. which is going to. It's going to do two things. It's going to provide incentives to tool up and create more chips in the United States, but it's also going to provide tax incentives for companies that go into that business. (42:58–43:02)
