I didn't have to reinvent that. And so I worked hard to get on the Appropriations Committee, gather my seniority. And then at the beginning of this Congress In January of 2021, I became one of the 12 chairs of appropriations. And they put into my hands and in the hands of northeastern Pennsylvania the kind of clout that we need to be a player at the national table in the 118th Congress. (04:15–04:22)
