The great tragedy is that In Matamoros, Mexico, they were open about six months and they found out that institutional knowledge was really important. And the fine folks, I'm sure they were hard workers, the ones getting two bucks an hour down in Mexico, they couldn't replicate what was happening in Scranton and they were out of business.
