Well, what you want to do is look for opportunities to help fund educational opportunities that will train people up for the workforce. We've been doing that. I got money for Lackawanna College in last year's list of community projects funding. Actually, we've got workforce development initiatives in five or six places. I won't. I won't bore you with all the details, but, like, one of them is, is up in Wayne County. (29:28–29:35)
