But one of the greatest ways that we do that with entrepreneurs and people with new business ideas is have incubators. You guys have one. And We just got one of my community project funding requests that went through last year went to the Wilkes Barre chamber of Commerce so that they could build out an incubator system in downtown Wilkes Barre. That's the kind of thing that we need to do, give them help. Again, government doesn't do the whole thing, but government can really be helpful in assisting. (28:23–28:39)
