Cases still open. He was charged In April of 22, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. But both cases, both charges were dismissed. In June of 2021, Mr. P was charged with almost the exact same crime as his most recent domestic abuse case. Battery, strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct, all with the domestic abuse modifier.
