If Brad Schimmel wins a seat on the state Supreme Court, if the conservative minority, and if Chief Justice Zigler can keep the Court's liberal majority from fast tracking this case, and I believe there are a few procedural moves that she could use to do so, and Schimmel wins, they would not have a fourth lefty vote. There would be three conservatives, three actual conservatives on the court, Zigler, Bradley and Brad Schimmel. Against just three liberals, Protestewitz, Rebecca Dalit and Joe Karofsky.
