In June of 2021, Mr. P was charged with almost the exact same crime as his most recent domestic abuse case. Battery, strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct, all with the domestic abuse modifier. All charges against him were dismissed in 2023, almost as soon as the case was set to begin a trial. Any guesses as to what happened in that case? I have no concrete answers.
