The first thing is the same skills that made you successful as a doer are not going to serve you well as a leader. You have to have a completely different skill set. And so It's continuous learning, continuous improving. It's things like we've talked about. Communication is a huge one time management, delegating, but delegating effectively. Meaning that when you delegate tasks, and a lot of times when new leaders step in, they think they have to keep doing everything. (38:08–38:12)
