I think we need to loosen up some of the statutes that make it harder to build. But I also think it's important for us to look at areas that are already dense. We've already made some changes to the law on the city and state level that allow for that type of building. We need some creativity. A lot of the neighborhoods that we take for granted today didn't exist back in the day. Co op city, Battery park city. (02:11–02:17)
