And it's what a lot of New Yorkers feel, that the presence of police helped them. And there's some New Yorkers who don't feel that as well. And so We should have measures of accountability and ensure that when folks step over the line that they can be held accountable. But we're New Yorkers. We can hold two truths together at the same time. That we want to feel safe and that we want a police presence. (21:57–22:05)
