I'm someone that takes the subways every single day. We have signals in our subway system that are over 100 years old. 120, actually. Okay, 120. And We have breakdowns and delays because we have yet to invest in upgrading these signals. I think New Yorkers are frustrated that you have to wait for a delay train, and then when that train comes, you got to do acrobatics to get in because it's too crowded. (15:02–15:08)
