I do feel that anyone, whether they're an immigrant or not, who has committed a crime should be held accountable and they should be going through the system. But Our sanctuary city laws already allow for the federal government to go after individuals who are breaking the law. That has never been different. And what this president is proposing is going beyond the Constitution, is saying that even birthright citizenship would not be upheld. (18:49–18:58)
