Do you have to rebuild it, or do you take land that they have there and build new housing on the land that's available? I think we got to do a little bit of both. I think We have a lot of land, as you mentioned, that is underutilized, and so we have an opportunity to build there. And I think we also have people that live in apartments that are in disrepair.
