When you look at, you know, the number of people who started going into teaching to replace the baby boomers who are retiring, we've had fewer people, you know, to be able to replace them. And so I'll just tell you quickly. When I was looking for a teaching job In Wisconsin in 2005, I was told that I was one of 250 applicants.
