So it is a criticism, and I take it, like, really they're just out of touch with the fact of what really goes on in our public schools. These dollars were not meant to sustain us like our state budget is meant to. So it's not fair to say that those federal dollars should be focused on, let's get every third grade student's reading scores up this year. Right? (11:51–11:56)
