And no other state has a similar change like that after the recession in 2009, 2011 after the recession and we had a lot of freeze on spending on public education. And other states did too. Other states restarted their spending not just in K12, but in higher ed, where Wisconsin did not. We are still at pre pandemic funding level, I'm sorry, pre recession funding levels here in Wisconsin. And we need to bring that back up. (10:03–10:11)
