I would say it's accurate that we're not doing as well compared to peer states. But I'd also look at the funding that those peer states are giving their public schools. In 2011, we cut $600 per student from our school budgets. And so we've had a downward trend, not just in test scores, but we've had a downward trend in support for our public schools for at least 10 years. (09:36–09:43)
