I thought they were putting a plan together and asked for some time to. For the secretary to put a plan together because they didn't have one when the money was initially identified. Yeah. There's been some problems with getting some of the reports and studies from the administration to come back to the legislature. So I think that's delaying a little bit of where we were hoping we could start from. But that's okay. We've been doing work over the summer and fall too. (47:26–47:36)
