We worked on a compromise together. The Senate had passed it at the veto session and we tried to bring it up, but the House Republicans blocked the ability for us to take it up. So it was sitting all summer and fall on our agenda for us to take up first thing. And so we took it up and we voted out and got it to the governor. (12:36–12:40)
